The raa_query program for terminal-based remote ACNUC Sequence Retrieval

raa_query is a retrieval program with a terminal user interface for remote ACNUC databases. It can query any ACNUC database, e.g., for nucleotide or protein sequences, through the internet, dialoging with the ACNUC server located on the PRABI-Doua.
