QUERY_WIN
QUERY_WIN is a retrieval program with a graphical user interface for ACNUC databases. It can query any ACNUC database, e.g., for nucleotide of protein sequences.
There are two versions of the query_win program: client and local
- client: only the program is downloaded, the network is used to access the ACNUC databases located on the PRABI-Doua server.
- local: a copy of an ACNUC database is locally installed and queried. Before running QUERY_WIN, local installation of an ACNUC database is necessary.

QUERY_WIN can be downloaded through our FTP server. You may also use the following table:
Client uses port #5558 to communicate with server. Check with your network administrator that no firewall closes this port.
